For several days I have only received less than half of the channels that I am paying for, including premium channels. I spoke with a representative who attempted to convince me to buy additional products in order to have the problem resolved. Since my contract is up, they also tried to have me extend the contract for another year. Their practices are fraudulent and probably illegal. DirectTv would not credit me for the days of not receiving half of the channels that I pay for unless a technician came out to my house, which according to DirectTv, I would have to pay for. They put me in a catch 22, between a rock and a hard place. To top it off, when I spoke with the Supervisor, she was rude and hung up on me. This is seriously the worst service that I have ever had. Never again.
