We purchased directtv in Jan 07

We purchased directtv in Jan 07. Every day it was windy or snowy, all channels would not come in well. The service came out and moved the satellite dish which showed a slight improvement. However, every time it rained, got windy, got cloudy and sometimes for no reason, we'd lose our local channels for days at a time. I called service, reset all our receivers with no improvement. Their service came back out and told us to trim our trees which we did... Still no improvement and then we were told it may be trees in the NEIGHBOR's yard that is causing the problem. To move the dish again would be an additional fee so we cancelled the service because we can't get the local channels that we pay for most of the time. We are still being hit with a $237 termination fee. Very frustrating and haven't seen the local news in 3 days.
