I have not been receiving the channels that I have been paying for. I was told that I would have to pay for a technician to come out to check the service and until this happened, I would not get credit for the days without service. The supervisor attempted to make me buy additional services in order to take care of the issue. This is a catch 22. Either way I loose. This practice cannot be legal. I will follow up with other regulatory bodies and expose this practice.
