I wanted DirectTV installed at my residence. Technician came and told me that he couldn't do it but would have supervisor take a look. Supervisor never showed up (or if he did, no call or note was left for me). Found out that DirectTV had been installed and working prior to my request for new service at same residence by another employee I worked with. So the question is, if it worked there one time, why not again?
