On 1/17/09 I purchased a head board, foot board and bed side table from Ashley Furniture Paid cash... Found out my Salesperson was no longer there... After calling to find out about delivery date... Kept getting the call back next week, not on this truck call back. No one ever called me to say Sonja was no longer there and I could help you. Just call back next weekend. Then I got a guy Eddie that said mamm this has been going on a long time 7 weeks... He had a manager call me within 5 min that apologized and we talked and that I would know something by the following Tues... Tues comes no one calls I cancel... Star Furniture came and delivered within 3 days... I called Store Manager and he said a bunch of BS... And that he could help me in about 3-4 weeks if I would still be interested. I was Ike vic... This is the last items I needed... So I went with Star, have my new bed and love it.
