On 10/30, I used a pay phone, with my debit card. Call was never completed. ILD withdrew $5.00 for each transaction or call. Then on 11/02, they withdrew another 27.30 twice from banking account without authorization. All numbers unable to make contact with anyone at the Company. This is fraud, and theft. No matter which way you will call it. Embezzling funds from customers accounts.
