Pizza Hut in Randolph, MA

On May 7, I called the Pizza Hut in Randolph, Ma. On Warren, Street. Tried to order some pizza and pasta from pizza hut, but THEIR phone line was being akward and kept hanging up. I first call I talked to hispanic male, and he was telling me hte specials. I sould had know something was wrong, when I was on the phone with him, one of the co-workers tried to ask him something, and his remarks What, Can't you see I am on the Phone. Then I was disconnected. I called back and got a female, and try to tell her that I was just on the phone with this person and he probably still had my number up on the computer. She was very hesitate Then she said she would take my oder. I gave her my informat at 6:07 and the price came to $28.99 and she said it would be 1/2 hour to 45 minutes for delievery. When I called back, at 7:00, I got another young lady and she seem like she was having an hard time calling me. Then she said I never called. I told her to look up my telephone number and she would see that I order and I had the amount and time that the person quoted me. The the first young lady came on the phone and said that she could get my order because phone hung-up on her. I asked her, if it was my phone, could you had called me back, if you thought I was trying to order something else, she said they can not do that. I then asked to speak to the Manager, not knowing, that the Manager was the first person, that I talked to. HHe told the young lady to tell me that he was busy and could he call me back. I told her I wanted to hold and I was waiting 1 hour for an order that was taking and no one could find if. When he cam e to the phone he said my phone had problems and he tried to call me back, needless to say, the young lady I talked before said they can not call back your number and call you back. He told me he even called me back on his cell phone. So why would he do that, if there is not problem with his phone, plus I have caller I.D. And his number did not show up on the phone. Then manager stated get very anger and said what do you want me to do I and swampand have people and front of me and I just told you that it was you phone and it is not our fault. I told him that I have kids and they have been waiting an hours. His statement was "Damn" I told you I wan going to give you a discount., with a loud tone. I asked hime did you just swear at me. Then is said what are you going to do. I asked his name and he said you can call back tommorrow and speak to the General Manager. I asked him again, and then he told me his General Manager's name and then his name. I am not sure if he gave me the right name or not, but I have been ordering from Pizza Hut for a long time, have never been treated so poorly before. His name is Leone Riley, and he said the General Manger's name was Randy Sol. If I was in the wrong, which I don't think I was, he wouldn't had try to call me back on his cell phone. Not the company number. I can not tell you how hurt and how my kids where very up-set about this, they heard the whole comversation, and they were hunry too. I hope someone will look into this matter. I will never call there again. I know in the past, Pizza Hut has been very good. But this Manager was not professional at all.
