I use the store every week and spend on an average of £20 to £30 a week. On this day my bill came to £60, I was purchasing a cat litter tray priced at £39.99 the member of staff on the cash desk pointed out the fillters were missing, and asked another member of staff to ask the manager about what to do. He told the staff that he was not going to give me any and he was not going to take any money of the litter tray just because thay are not there. I did not ask for any discount i just wanted everything that came with my purchase, and i certainly did not ask for that no care attitude response. The staff are great, but i feel he is not right.
