Hey, I felt very tried to cook so I decided to order dominio's pizza today so when i called them they asked me for my phone number i told them how i live at the college residents and i dont have a cell phone and this is the residents phone so im not sure about the number. He said i cant order without a phone number then i asked him that dont you have the caller id to look at the number and he said no and told me to call back if i have a number and hang up. So i went back to my friend and asked her for her cell number and called back to the same domino and this time a lady picked up she asked me if its a delivery or a pick-up and i said delivery she asked me for my address and i told her the address then i told her my order and i asked her if she needed my number and she said no it shows up on the phone. So the first person that was on the phone was talking nonsense and lying to me by saying how they don't have a caller id and how he couldnt process my order without a number. So the lady told me that my pizza would be delivered in less than 40mins so i waited more then an hour outside waiting for my pizza but no one came i went back to the residents phone and called them to ask why my pizza has not come yet, and how they said it'll only take 40 mins and how its been more then 1 hour. The lady told me that she tried calling me back and how i didnt pick up the phone (which was a lie back i was sitting right beside the phone watching tv and no one called me) and how the problem why the delivery didn't come was because they didnt process my order because my address wasnt going through there system. So basically i waited around for more then an hour for nothing so i told her my address again and she said well there is something wrong with their computer and she needs the password to get my order though and how her boss isnt there now and how she has to wait till her boss gets there i asked her how long is it gonna take and she said she doesnt now and hang up... Im feeling like she didnt want my service. I did not at all feel satisfied with domino today. I understand how it gets busy but thats really not how you treat your customers just hanging the phone on them it was really really disappointing.
