Ordered pizza here in Las Vegas NV. Placed my order online and got my email confirmation at 6:10pm. Checked the online checker about an hr later and it said pizza was delivered, so i called and they said i should be getting within the next few minutes the delivery man had two other orders. Waited another 1/2 hour and called back. Spoke to the manager this time and Ms. Cindy assured me my pizza was on its way even though she couldnt get ahold of the delivery person. (she said the delivery guy wasn't answering his phone). She said she would credit me my money back and I would have another free pizza on them for next time I ordered with them. Figured that my pizza would be arriving within the next 30 minutes. Nothing showed up so called back again after waiting another hour. Was then told by the manager again that my pizza would be at my house in the next 7 minutes. Waited and waited and after 3 hours of waited called them back and told them to cancel my free pizza. Got tired of waiting for it. Could no longer get the manager on the phone to figure out where my pizza was. Don't care about the free pizza either. Will never order from them again. Feel like they could of made a better attempt at getting me my order. They never offered to remake my order and allow me to pick it up or to have the delivery man call me to let me know he was on his way or lost. I would of even offered to pick my pizza up from the delivery guy at the main gate of the military base I live on. I do that with a lot of other pizza companies that don't have access on the base, but once again I was reassured that they had two delivery workers and I would get pizza.By 9pm I gave up on getting the pizza. It's pretty sad that this was the first time I ordered from them and they didn't value me enough to get me my pizza in a timely manner.
