I came accross Jason Loukes on a banner somewhere. I looked at his web site and thought I would have a closer look. I saw his offer for Real Estate Fast Start Program you pay 4.77 shipping. I paid the 4.77 and now I have 2 more charges on my account for 98.00 each, and I never recieved anything but a flyer on cheap paper trying to get me to sign up for something else. I sent him 2 fax and I got no reply. This guy is a scammer. I called his "office" never an answer. I'm still trying to get him to refund my authorized 4.77 and the unauthorized charges. These kind of guys need to be thrown in jail. Remember the name Jason Loukes and tell everyone you know to stay clear because he is a rip off!
