Have been descriminated againce customer service

I came to the bank to report my checking account and my bank card been lost. Talked to a Debbie at the Greenbriar location, she had me sign some forms. From there things were not resolve. So cameback to Debbie again a few months later, she had me sign some other paperwork. Things did not get resolve. Cameback to Debbie, then she sent me to the Michigan branch stating they there needed to take care of my problem she already talked to a Melissa the branch manager. This was around end of August, came into the branch at Michigan Rd, met with JR Johnson said Melissa the manager just needed me to sign a form wich he provided me with. At this time i thought Melissa had resolve my disputed transactions. Come to find out after visiting the Michigan Rd. Branch today 10/30, Melissa has done nothing about my disputed transaction, instead told me that i owe the bank 262.00 because i did not dispute this within the 60 days time. I have been given the run around, and been send to two diferent branches to try to deal with my dispute but, nothing was done early enough to resolve this now it is my fault that 60 days have passed and i am not allow to resolve this matter. I have been set to collections to damage my credit instead. Please help! Account#112143647
