I was browsing one day (9/27) on Facebook when i saw these ads to earn free points for the various applications that are available there.
I came across an add for Tea Hiti/Tea francais for a $2.00 Trial offer of free tea. I thought what the heck seems like a good deal. I read all the small print which ill include some of the highlights

So i thought this was a good idea. Placed order. Recived 5 days later, incorrect tea that i ordered to begin with. Then my nightmare started. I recieved an over draft from my bank for 5x charges for 39.76 each. Plus 2 more charges for 25.00
I called this company and spoke to a rude man named george. Said fine your membership is cancelled. More orders are on the way, you will need to pay for fedex shipping only for return. I asked for my money back and for them to honor my over draft fees. This man had the gall to laugh at me and said no refunds will be given and then hung up on me!
I called back and spoke to a "supervisor" named kathy. This woman was even nastier than the last guy. Said it was my total cost of membership and i was responsible for all charges. Also said she will not issue any refunds and then hung up on me.
While i was typing this i just got a call from my bank, These jerks are trying to put authorizations through for another round of 4 more charges for $39.76!!!
These people need to be put out of business immediately.
I am a single mom trying to do what i can, and yes i know i signed up for the "free" offer but i did'nt expect this kind of nightmare to follow.
