This company came to kentucky to help with the ice storm debris removal. They hired local people to help. I was hired as a flagger, with them telling me that I would be paid every 2 weeks and would recieve a 1099 at the end of the year. Well when it was time for me to recieve my first paycheck they didn't pay out. I started calling people that was over their head and eventually they did pay me my first check, in which they were being a smarta$ and it was for 1 day. But it has been 6 months and I still haven't recieved my last paycheck. I spoke with the owner (Heather Maddux) on the phone the other day and after listening to her boo-hoo story of I lost my house and about lost my kids we had came up with a resolution to this problem. She told me that the only condition that she would pay me would be for me to have the stuff taken off of the internet or to file a rebuttal about what is being said. They must be having a hard time with what all is being said about them on the internet. I don't know if these people has ever read the bible but it states in there that "YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW". They have caused the people that worked for them to be in a financial bind and I guess it has came back to them. And the only way that they will be able to fix the problems that they are having is to pay the people that they owe. I still continue to call Heather everyday and leave messages and still no return calls. You say that you want to resolve this matter but you don't want to pay out, and that is the only resolution to this matter.
