AT&T Wireless - Cingular Makes customer pay for service that isn't available., Tennessee

AT&T has the worst customer service around. Apple just recently released its new operating system "Snow Leopard." I installed this new operating system on my Mac and now my wireless broadband card that I purchased from AT&T no longer works. Apple states that it is AT&Ts issue since they provided AT&T with the information to update their products.
