VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER - heated mattress pad

I received a heated comforter from Cozy Winters that was suppose to heat from 1 to 9 on the heat controller. The product did not heat at all, there was no difference when setting the dial on 9 or on 1. CozyWinters was telephoned and told the problem Chris did agree to send another and instructed me to return the first one and it would be checked. After receiving the second comforter, which did work better than the first but still not satisfied with the product, CozyWinters was telephoned again but at this time I was told that the item was checked and found that it was working properly and that I would be charged the postage for the return and they could not issue a refund for the second item due to it now being considered used. All of this was done within 30 days according to their return policy. I was told that I could sell the product on ebay if I wasn't satisfied. I then strongly expressed my opinion about the company not standing behind their product and not allowing returns. The product is packaged in the original box and in the bottom of my closet. I have ordered another heated comforter from Sunbeam that works very well as it is suppose to I DO NOT RECOMMED COZYWINTERS FOR ANYTHING!!!
