Our dogs love their heated dog bed! They are a soft pad in the summer and allow our little Chihuahuas to live comfortably outside during the cold winter. We were so delighted with the product that we recently bought 2 more as gifts for friends. Their animals love the heated beds too. We have never had a need to contact Customer Service as our orders have been handled smoothly, delivered on time, and worked well. We are happy with cozy winters and our pets are in heaven! Heated dog beds are great.
