Poor merchandise description and Return Headache

Do avoid this company if you can. I should have read customer reviews before I ordered a ski and snowboard rack with cozywinters.com. Both racks were identical and when I called to find out whether there may have been a mistake in fulfilling the order I learned that no, it's the same product, but the company markets them as two different things. There are no specifications to the product on the website, which would have helped in the shopping process. After a few phone calls and a long back and forth I asked to talk to a supervisor/manager but was informed that there is no one available to communicate directly over the phone with customers, only by email will complaints be addressed. I was given a return number which qualified me to return my merchandise. Best of it all, there is a 30-day period with which cozywinters.com allows itself to credit you back for the returned merchandise. I was told that the returns go into a queue and will meticousely checked for its condition. I'm still waiting for this to happen. All in all, one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
