Inc Slammed long distance phone using old authorization. Consumer fraud ripoff

In 2002 I authorized long distance carrier change to WCSS Inc. They misrepresented monthly charges and cost of long distance minutes, so I dropped them as carrier in December.

They slammed on April 17. When contacted, they used recording from 2002 to justify their action.
