I was contacted back in November to switch long distance companies at a rate of 6 cents a minutes, I got a bill at the end of december for 21 cents a minute and an $11 change (for what I can't figure out).
I tried to contact the company to cancel, and was put on hold for over 15 minutes, when a voice came on the line and told me that their office is now closed.in all what phone bill that should have been no more than $6 was close to $30.
