Wcss Long Dst, ILD Teleservices ripoff-cancelled service but continue to be charged false promises ripoff

I spoke to a co rep, Anna 12-3 and told her to cancel my service immediately. I agreed I would pay for one mo of service because I did request it which she agreed to do immediately.

I continue to be charged for the long distance service which itemizes their charges as: Univ Svc Fnd, WCSS Longdst, federal tax then lists individual ILD Teleservices toll charges plus another federal tax.

I do not have their address and when I originally called they gave me their email address as www.wcss2001.com

I work during the day and do not have a lot of time to call these people again but I will. They are not available on weekends. I am also reporting this to my local telephone co. Which is Verizon
