ILD Teleservices called me one night to make what seemed to be a great offer - $0.049 per minute for long distance, PLUS a $50 check to switch.in a weak moment, I agreed to switch to using them, including my local toll calls. Shame on me for my own greed.instead of my average previous bill of around $100, I started getting bills of $150-$250 per month! It took me 2 months to get around to reading the charges - not only was I being charged $0.20 cents for long distance, double what I was paying with MCI, but they were charging the same rate for local toll calls! They lie, lie, and lie. They did nothing they said they would - I got no cheap long distance and no check. I gratefully switched back to the reviled Verizon, who offered me a rate of $0.08 per minute or a flat rate of $17.78 per month. I am still deciding who to switch to for long distance, but picking a name out of a hat would be better than dealing with these lying sacks of excrement!
