I ordered a laptop from BJ's online. After numerous calls to FedEx (the shipper), none of which were ever answered, I was informed it was stolen.
I reordered it a week later, and if you can believe it, it was also stolen by a FedEx employee.
Not once did I get a call from them. Not once did they apologize. They only said, "Will call you back," which they never did. I am furious with FedEx.
