On 6/22/05 I ordered a Nikon digital camera from Bestchoicedigital's website. I canceled the order on 6/23/05.
On 6/30/05 Bestchoicedigital submitted a charge to American Express for $1150.00 for merchandise the did not ship.
I called and request a credit to my Amex card on 7/8/05. I was told the credit would be made in 7 business days. I have not received credit or the camera.
Bestchoicedigital informed Amex they had no record of cancellation and did not issue a credit to date. I filed a dispute with Amex for the charges.
