I placed an order for multimedia speakers on January 3 using PayPal and registered an account on the Discount Diva site to obtain my order status. After waiting a couple of weeks without my order status ever changing from "Awaiting Shipment", I attempted to call the advertised business phone number 866-546-8227 and received a recording that stated "our phone system is down, please try again later.
Well, after another week that phone message changed to a short "disconnected". With that red flag I appealed to PayPal for help and filed a claim against this outfit. PayPal found for me and requested an immediate from Discount Diva and on January 31 sent an eCheck to PayPal for refund... And it was returned by Discount Diva's bank.
I' m hoping for further resolve.
