I bought MJ about 2 months ago, and it worked perfect the first month - no calls dropped, International calling went smooth. After about a month every single International call was dropped every 15 minutes exactly, and I was charged for 16 minutes, rates went as well. So it is not longer cheap to call. The reason I bought MJ is to make international calls, and gave up calling cards thinking it would be a better service, and I don't need to re-dial the number several times before the call can be connected.
Of course, I got with the company "live agent" twice in the prediod of 1 month and both times was tld that it will be resolved. Still till now it is not. And for the past 2 weeks I am experiencing preoblem even get connected. The phone would ring for 16 seconds precisly, and after it dropps the call. I keep re-dialing many times to actually get through. Very disapointed.
In regards to incoming local calls, the voicemail is never appears on the phone, so I have to log in to my e-mail to check it. Not so great either.
I thought it would be more convenient to use this system, but I guess I set my expectations far too high for this company. If I was within 30 days for sure I would return all back. Customer service completely suck. It is most likely outsorced and all they do is apoligise all day long, but who needs apology when the resolution is required.
