Int'l Calling using cell

I've been using Magic Jack for about 3 months now... I paid for Magic Jack international pre-paid minutes to use with my registered cell phone. About 4 days ago, I tried to dial the access number for Int'l calling and got a recording that the call couldn't be placed because I didn't have IPP minutes, which I do have. I called customer service about this issue. It took them a day or so to straighten it out but now when I dial the int'l access code it works to the point where I am allowed to input my Int'l number but as soon as the MJ recording telling me my call is being routed the recording gets choppy and distorted. From this point forward I can't hear anything because of the distortion in the call. I can't even tell if the call is connected or ringing and I can't hear the other person if they pick up. This never happened before I called customer service about my IPP minutes. I always had a clear call. Now it sucks! Anyone else had this issue and if so what has been done about it. Right now I feel like I have wasted money on IPP minutes I can't use because the only time I needed the IPP minutes is when I am outside of my home and using my cell.
