I had 2 NYC parking tickets and went online to pay them and was directed to parkingticket.com. They made me an offer to get paid to fight your ticket. They said instead of paying my tickets I will pay them half and they will beat my tickets 100% guaranteed. I fought the tickets and did everything they said. I lost on the initial hearing and had to pay the ticket. Then I appealled it per their request. From there my appeal was denied and I applied for the companies refund as promised. They refused to give me the refund even though I submitted all required documents telling me that the court gave me the wrong ones. I have written them numerous E-Mails only yo get prefabricated responses and was unable to call them for they have no number on their website. I contacted my credit card company and got the number from them and when I dialed it it was not the company but an outside answering service. These guys are frauds. Just pay your tickets's on you own. All I wanted was to talk to someone there on the phone.
