I too was scammed by this company. Promises to sell our time-share went unfulfilled. I filed my request for a refund of $598 on 6/11/09 by certified mail as instructed in the contract. I have been trying to reach them a couple of times a week either by phone or email. My emails are responded to by a generic response stating I need to call Customer Service within 48 hours. I call and get their answering machine but no return phone calls. My payment was made on two credit cards at $299 each.
I will file a complaint with my Credit Card company because it is obvious they have ripped off another nieve customer.
Anyone that is questioning signing up with this company - DON'T DO IT!
