I am so glad I stumble on the lady who reported them to the Better Business Bureau, i just did that but when I seen her report guess i reported to the wrong one. I ordered my grandson a changing table and was told it would be sent right out to me, well i waited and waited and finally called them, oh we are sorry Mam that item will not be in the factory for another two weeks. I said why didn't you tell me that, you said you had it in stock. I said well cancel my order and give me a refund since his great grandmother is buying him one. This all happened November 16.2007 $233.67 I have numberous copies of emails and anytime i sopke on line with them I copied them, so i have the proof of what was going on, i was trying to find the name of the CEO to take them to small claims court. I reported this to pay pal but since no merchandise exchanged hands they closed my complaint the day I made it, so how are they a safe place for doing business.
