Saw on the internet what I thought might be a good whitening system. Said they would send a 2 wk sample for price of shipping. Even gave a discount. My Bank account was charged for the sample $1.99 but I received nothing.
Got a bank statment today, charge for $88.97. I called the 888 number listed on the statment and got a very rude talking man. Was told that the charge was for the months shipment. Charge was posted 7-13, still have not
received anything.
Was told I was to get on line and cancel before the dead line. There was no small print stating that. Had no clue that I had signed up for a membership. Said he would cancel but not refund the money for something he says they shipped, but I did not get.
I was told to go to the website www.whiteningbrights.com and click on cancel account. After talking to the man, I tried to get on the website he gave me www.whiteningbrights.com, I clicked "Cancel account" and all it gives me is websites of nothing.
