I recently paid the 5.95 shipping and handling fee for a free sample of Aperra Whitening. A few days after receiving the product, my bank account was charged 89.97 for a membership.
I did not want a membership and there's no way to cancel. I've tried the 800 number and it only allows you to leave a message (with no call back) or it instructs you to go to the website. The problem there is there is no website! I can't find it!
What I'd like to know from those who have already reported this company on this website is, what have you done about it? Have you found a way to cancel? Have you been charged another 89.00 fee?
Can someone please contact me with answers to any of these questions?
