I ordered what I thought was a one time free sample of this company's teeth whitening product. They advertised that I only had to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling. My account was billed for that amount and I received the free sample. Several days later, I received another larger quantity of the sample and noticed a charge for $106.90 on my credit card. Then again, one a half months later, I received another product shipment and another charge for $106.90.15 days later, another $106.90 charge showed up and 4 days after that, another product shipment was at my door.
After the first charge, I attempted to call them to cancel the order and could only reach a voice mail to leave my name and number. I left a message asking them to cancel whatever I inadvertantly signed up for and requested a refund of my money. I received no response from them. After the third charge, I emailed them to about canceling and a refunding my money. I would have done that after the second charge but was too busy with work and travel. I'm currently working with my credit card company to dispute the charges and am still unable to get in contact with the company to discuss the issue. This company is deceptive and is a scam!
