Ripoff - Never Sent Free Sample - told me to contact Post Office

I ordered a free sample and was told I could cancel before being charged for another shipment.

I was charged shiping, but never received the free sample.

A month later I was charged and immediately sent another shipment without any time to cancel.

I called and told them I never recieved the free sample and they said I was mistaken and that I _had_ received it and that I should contact the post office!

They are a fradulent company in that they obviously never sent out a free sample at all and prey on the assumption that people will just let it go.
