The service man was excellant. My complaint is with the people that answer the phone at the repair center. My Hot Water heater quit working. I was told my only option was to wait 7 days for the next appointment. I have a wife and two children, waiting 7 days for hot water is not an option.

I asked to speek to a supervisor. He again told me there is nothing that can be done. I asked about emergency repairs and informed them I understand and would be willing to pay extra. Nope. Nobody had any options for me except to wait 7 days. I express concern with my sears installed heating system in the middle of winter. Again the only answer was to wait 7 days.

I'm not sure how it happened, but while waiting on hold for another supervisor (who never picked up the phone) a repairman called and said he was 15 minutes away. I have no idea who contacted him or how he got notified.

The person that answered the phone was horrible. The supervisor was no better. They were no help what so ever. Having no options is not an option.
