We've been the patients of AT&T Yellow Pages plan to alter without notice marketing agreements to car-restore. We were compelled to pay for the statement this past year. Whenever we spoke to the Salesperson about how exactly this occurred and just why they might submit our advertisement without permission, he apologized profusely and stated it'dnot happen again. I thought he meant what he explained and he'd eliminate us in the car-restore agreement, however it did not occur. And since we did not contain it written down, we can not show he created that guarantee within the telephone. Therefore we're today spending 24 months in AROW for marketing we didnot need and didnot approve. I'm informed that people need to deliver a registered notice to AT&T seeking a termination. AT&T did not deliver US the notice via registered email. Just how can this be moral and authorized???

I'll publish my complaint to Customer Matters as recommended in another person's criticism. AT&T shouldn't be permitted to make the most of people in this manner. We've no option for that charged quantities.
