Going back 15 years I've operate Yellow Pages ads and each year the restoration procedure included their calling me in May of May to setup a gathering, a meeting to create any modifications I needed for that next yearis advertisements; their giving mean arrangement to examine and create any modifications, my signing and dating the contract and sending it back again to them. They'd then deliver me a page thanking me for marketing together.
I came across today they allegedly shipped me a notice in September and my not delivering it back put up an automatic renewal. I never got this type of notice in July. Moreover, easily had and had restored, not believe they'd have delivered me a "thank you" letter?
I've not gotten 'any' communication at-all from ATT Real Yellow Pages. None. They claim they shipped the notice. I say they didn't and that I believe the truth that they didn't appreciate me for reviving is proof they desired the preserve me at nighttime in regards to what these were doing. This really is preditory and that I haven't noticed that not answering a repair notice constituted reviving.
I've signed something permitting any Yellow Pages advertisements for 2010 and certainly will not be spending money on advertisements this year.
