Now the company wants us to trade it in because it is worth "18% less once you drove it off the lot." We were told it could tow 9000lbs, that it had a tow hitch; but only tows 6500lbs, and we'd have to pay for tow hitch, tow receiver and harness (the dash board has to be taken apart on a brand new SUV) and installation. Our sales person NEVER looked into it.
We paid over $40,000 for the vehicle. They offered us $26,000 in trade. They kindly offered to wrap the extra money into the next SUV loan! He suggested if I wasn't happy with that I should go to Ford and trade it in for $20,000. Extremely unprofessional.
DO NOT BUY from this dealership. Nissan has NO standard requirements for customer service with the dealers.
The sales manager stated "he doesn't know what the sales person said. And the sales person doesn't remember the conversation."
