My wife went on a web site for ShopDani.com and agreed to buy a $9.00 piece of Jewelry. The agreement of the company was buy a $9.00 piece of jewelry and each month another piece would be sent for $68.00 per item. It also stated if you did not like the Jewelry then send it back and the account would be canceled.
*Sounds easy if we did not like we send it back*
We left on vacation 3 days after the order was placed and we were gone for 6 days. When we came home there were 6 packages all billed @ $68.00 a piece. Then we recieved between 1-3 items a day for the next 3 days all @ $68.00 each.
We contacted ShopDani.com and told them we did not agree nor sign up for this (then again would anyone ever sign up for daily shipments of $68.00 pieces of jewelry, site unseen?). They stated just send it back and refuse the additional 6 items already coming and already billed to our account and in return they would credit our back account and fax us a letter to explain their mistake so that we could submit it to our bank for the overdrafts that were now accumulating.
Big surprise... It has been over a month since the last of the items were returned and there has been NO Refunds or credits to our bank account or even a fax explaining their mistake.
We now have paid $748.00 for Jewelry (that has been returned) and $140.00 in over-draft charges that are lingering.
ShopDani.com is just a site dedicated to THEFT... Flat out thieves with NO Remorse.
At least we photocopied all the package fronts and shipping labels from all the packages to help if we can get some legal action.
