Their new name is Turin Jewelry. Www.turinjewelry.com"
I fell for this scam and I am completely embarrassed. Under "Bella Sole Jewelry" back in late September they had a $9.00 jewelry offer with a "cancel anytime" policy (which I did print out). I ordered the jewelry online under"www.shopdani.com/bellasole" and the $9.00 charge came under acompany called "Shop Dani". When I received the jewelry the package said it came from "DanielleJanine Jewelry" 990 Grove St. Ste. 204 Evanston, IL 60201. Shortly after, I got in touch with customerservice number during "business hours" 10am-6pm at 1-888-747-3264 (888-SHP-DANI) and cancelled the account. I then noticed a $68.00 charge about a week or so later. I was able to get in touch with customerservice again. I told them I cancelledthe account already and they told me to "refuse the package uponarrival". They promised me myaccount would be credited in 60 days.inever received the package, so I figured they never sent it and were going torefund the charge.
60 days have past and not only did I never get the jewelryor get the refund for $68.00, I saw anew $89.00 charge yesterday pending on my account under Turin Jewelry. I googled it and found"www.turinjewelry.com. I neverauthorized this charge. Under thewebsite they had the same $9.00 offer so I had a bad feeling it was ShopDani. I called the NEW customer servicenumber 1-866-794-2030, it was a recording and I left a message WITHOUT anypersonal information other then my name and general contact number. I called back during "businesshours" 10am-6pm and got a recording "You have reached Seattle CoffeeDirect", I stayed on hold to see if anyone answered and I ended up in thesame voicemail box I originally left a message in (I didn't leave anothermessage). I just looked up the"shopdani.com" website and they still exist, so I called the originalnumber 1-888-747-3264 (888-SHP-DANI) during "business hours" and all I get is a recording - 'Allcustomer service representatives are busy, please leave a message". I called my Chase bank and they are aware of thesecompanies' scams. They will credit myaccount for $68.00 for "merchandise never received" and when the$89.00 officially posts, I have to file a "Fraudulent chargeclaim". I also cancelled my debitcard and will be issued a new number.
Please do not order from these companies!!! If you already have, contact your bank or credit card company immediately!!
