I was the mother of the bride. I ordered my dress at the last minute because my son-in-law is in the Air Force so everything was last minute, even the wedding. I knew I needed expedited shipping to insure it would be here. As the order processed, it told me the expected due date was two days before the wedding. The dress didn't come by then. I talked to UPS and they said that Chadwicks did not ship when they told me they had. They held my order a full 6 days before shipping it. I was told by a customer service rep. From Chadwicks when I called them that you can't go by the expected delivery date. It takes the full 10 business days to get here going ground. It was a little too late to hear that. Several people at the wedding told me you can't trust them to get their stuff delivered by the expected delivery date and not to order from them if you need it quickly. Chadwicks needs to be honest to their customers and not put dates on their orders if they really can't get them there by then. I didn't look anywhere else for a dress because I trusted them and too many people told me they can't be trusted. That is very sad. I have learned my lesson. If you need it early, do expedited shipping.
