I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and comfirmed with them by live chat and email that my order would be here for the wedding on May 1. I even paid for the expedited shipping just to be sure even though they had been given the over 30 days to complete and ship as required.
They were great about instant responses when I would inquire about the dress. They carefully comfirmed all of my measurements and gave imput about dress style and modifications that I was asking for. They were reassuring as the date was approaching and I was becoming increasingly concerned.
May 1 has come and gone. No dress. No response to my final and frustrated email to them. No refund.
Turns out i purchased $200 of embarrassement, clearly i was scammed.
