In December I found the perfect wedding dress for our 20 wedding renewal. Since I was a ebay purchaser I used one of there vendors. I order the dress an dpaid them on the same day I order it. Paid on Dec-13-10 via PayPal.
When I paid them my receipt showed that this vendor would ship the wedding dress between these dates:
Economy Shipping: FREE Estimated delivery: February 09 - February 22
I have contacted this vendor over 8 times to get a idea if the dress will or has been finsihed. Days go by with no response and the only response they have is the same one each time:
Quote response: "the dress we will finished make in about 7-9 days, then we will send out for you asap."
Needless to say as of Feb 16, still no dress, no refund and the only email corresponse I get is if I email them and it will be a week or longer before they even brother to send that.
