In January of 07 my boyfriend entered his idea of the Slideshow Picture Frame, which is exactly what the Digital Picture Frame is. He included the layouts, price range and everything and they simply wrote back and said that was in their "restricted category" and they could no longer assist him. Now whats in the restricted category and why did they tell this lady in 02 that they would help her with her patent. If it was already invented why couldn't they say that instead of leaving it so vague. It all just seems so unprofessional and I tell everybody not to deal with them.
