I have a major problem with my Gift Card purchase. Received my Gift Card on Christmas last. Made only 2 purchases, one on Jan. 15 for $43.39. No problem there. Shortly after Dec. 25th I purchased a digital clock for approx. $42.00. I returned the clock & was told it would be entered back into my card. I found no need to keep the receipt after being told this. My receipt for the $43.39 purchase reflects a balance of $29.27. I have lost approx. $56.00 due to this clerical error!!! Is there anyway this return transaction can be substantiated? My son is very upset over this, as well as I, as he purchased it for me.
