We sold an item on Ebay and the person paid Paypal with their credit card. Later the buyer denied charges (forgot what they bought) and then PayPal wanted me to pay PayPal back the money that they never paid me but were sure that they did.
The buyer then relized what they bought and allowed the credit card to be billed (Paypal then got the money from the buyer). Then PayPal had a collection agency try and collect from me the same amount. So I had to pay them, meaning PayPal got paid twice once from the buyer and once from me. I never got a thing except a frozen account.
Stay away from, you might make a few transactions that go ok but eventually you will lose. Remember they have your bank account and or credit card and will do want they want.
