Took 99.00 from my checking account without authorization from me. Never heard of them

This company took $99.00 out of my checking account with me knowing anything about them or who they are. I did not autorize this company to take money from me. I called the number that was listed on my account but they will not answer, only sending you to a website to contact them about your complaint.
