Took $99.00 from my checking account without authorization

This company somehow got information on my bank account and took $99.00 without my authorization. I have never heard of this company and never spoke to anyone from this company. The government needs to do something about theif's this who holds themshelves up as honest businesses. The moeny they stole from me was for other responsibilities that I have which puts me in the whole. Someone out there please help!!!
