And your support department they ripped me a disabled woman off for 99 internet

I called for money loan, and i don't know who this company is, but they took 99.00 out of my bank account without my authorization. THE loan companygave starter credit direct my account number. The only phone number i have is 8182559978. My account is overdrawn. I am not getting no results about my money. Starter credit direct does not answer the phone, you only getting a message telling you to hold. After 5:00, the operators answers and say someone will call you back in 48 hours. This happened on june 17, I still haven' t gotten no results. Thank you
