Starter Credit Direct took $99.00 from my account without authorization

Starter Credit Direct took $99.00 from my checking account which I did not authorize in writing or verbally. I have never heard of this company before, and i was told there is nothing I can do to get my money back. My account is now -$306.00, and I have no way to pay it. What am I supposed to do?
